Techniline Electronics is an importer and distributor of Professional Audio Equipment’s and Musical Instruments. Established in the UAE in 1994, our operations involve wholesale, distribution, retail, and projects. We have a current team strength of 40+ and are looking for a capable Customer Service Executive to join our eCommerce team.

MusicMajlis.co – The Middle East’s largest online Music Instrument & Audio Equipment Store, is the eCommerce division of Techniline Electronics.

Role

This role primarily involves Customer Relations and CRM Management. This involves, handling incoming customer enquiries and managing leads on our CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist all incoming customer enquiries through various online channels
  • Update our systems with enquiries, customer issues, as well as all actions taken for them
  • Follow-up with customers where required
  • Maintain constant communication within your team
  • Continuously learn about the products and services we offer
  • Upload & update products on our website

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience overall
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Customers Service
  • Excellent Written and Spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with Musical Instruments & Audio Equipment
  • Experience with CRM Tools

Job Details

  • Role Type – Full Time
  • Location – Remote / WFH
  • Work Timings – Mon-Fri: 9:30 -18:30 & Sat: 9:00 - 14:00
  • Resources - You will require your personal laptop, a quiet space to work from, and a reliable internet connection
